Product Description
The high-frequency screen is an efficient screening equipment. Its core working principle is high-frequency vibration. Through high-frequency and low-amplitude vibration, the materials can be rapidly stratified and screened on the screen surface. It is commonly used for the classification, desliming or dehydration of fine-grained materials.
Its vibrating screen has a high vibration frequency and its screening efficiency is much higher than that of ordinary vibrating screens. It can effectively handle materials as fine as 0.074mm. Moreover, it has a compact structure and occupies a small area. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy and building materials, improving the separation accuracy and production efficiency of materials.
Working principle
The high-frequency screen is powered by a high-frequency vibration motor, which transmits vibration energy to the screen mesh. After the materials fall onto the screen surface, the high-frequency and low-amplitude vibration will break the adhesion force between the particles, making the materials loose and separating them by size and density. Fine particles pass through the screen holes and become the screen bottom product, while coarse particles are pushed towards the end of the screen by the vibration thrust, forming the screen top product. Some equipment is also equipped with water spraying or inclined screen surfaces to assist in improving the dewatering and decaking effects.
