The rotary vibrating screen is a highly efficient screening device. Materials on the screen surface move in a spiral pattern from the center to the periphery. Working principle
The working principle of the rotary vibrating screen is to use a vertical motor as the vibration source. By installing eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the motor, the screen surface generates three-dimensional vibrations in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. As a result, the materials on the screen surface move in a spiral pattern from the center to the periphery, thereby achieving the screening, filtering or grading operations of materials of different particle sizes.
