Working principle

The Z-type lifting conveyor is composed of a drive device, a tensioning device, etc. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft through the reducer, and the sprocket or pulley on it drives the conveyor chain or belt to rotate. The material enters the hopper from the feeding port. The hopper remains upright and rises along the Z-shaped track with the chain or belt, turning smoothly at the top bend. When the material reaches the discharge port, it is conveyed by the change of the track or the discharge device. Meanwhile, the tensioning device adjusts the tightness of the chain or belt in real time to ensure the stable operation of the conveyor.
