Working principle
Cutting and impact force: After the materials enter the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating blades will cut and impact the materials, initially crushing them into smaller particles.
Centrifugal force and friction: During the crushing process, the powerful centrifugal force generated by the rotor throws the material towards the inner wall and liner of the crushing chamber, causing intense collision and friction with these components, further crushing the material. Meanwhile, the materials will also collide and rub against each other due to centrifugal force, accelerating the crushing process.
Screening and re-grinding: The crushed materials pass through the screen under the action of air flow. Materials that meet the particle size requirements are discharged through the screen, while larger particles remain in the grinding chamber for further grinding until the desired particle size is achieved.
