Plane rotary screen is a kind of high efficiency screening equipment. Its shape is square, mainly composed of screen box, vibration motor, shock absorber and so on. When working, the vibration motor generates exciting force, drives the screen box to do plane circular motion, and promotes the material to constantly jump, roll and advance on the screen surface.
The screen box is equipped with multiple layers of screens with different mesh numbers, which can accurately grade and screen materials. With its unique rotational motion, it has high screening accuracy and can handle a variety of materials with different characteristics, such as grain, chemical raw materials, ores and so on. Moreover, the equipment has compact structure, small footprint, simple operation and stable operation, and plays an important role in many industrial production fields.
Working principle
The plane rotating screen is operated by vibrating motor to realize the screening. The motor starts, the internal eccentric block rotates with the motor shaft, and the centrifugal force generated by the eccentricity drives the screen box connected with it to vibrate. By the motor installation mode and the eccentric block, the screen box does circular or elliptical plane movement, so that the force of the material on the screen surface is constantly changing, and then the composite action of jumping, tumbling and moving forward is generated. The material enters the screen box through the feed port, and the particles smaller than the screen hole pass through the screen, and the material under the screen is discharged; Greater than the continued movement of the screen, discharged from the discharge port. The multi-layer screen with different mesh number can allow the material to be screened multiple times and accurately divided into multiple particle size grades.
