Working principle

The airflow screen operates on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow. The material enters the screen from the feed port, and the high-speed air generated by the high pressure fan is injected synchronously. Under the strong impact force and binding force of the air flow, the material is rapidly dispersed, the agglomeration state between the particles is broken, and the gas-solid mixed flow is formed. The mixed flow goes straight to the screen, and the material particles with smaller particle size than the screen hole pass through the screen smoothly under the push of the air flow and become the products under the screen. The material with particle size larger than the sieve hole is blocked by the screen, cannot pass through, and continues to be washed and rolled on the surface of the screen until it is taken to the discharge port, thus achieving accurate and efficient screening and grading of materials with different particle sizes.
