U-screw conveyor structure is simple and compact, composed of U-shaped groove, spiral blade, central shaft and drive device, fewer parts, small footprint, can be flexibly installed in space constraints. Working principle
When the U-screw conveyor is working, the motor in the driving device is opened, and the speed is regulated by the reducer, and the power is transmitted to the central shaft stably. The central shaft drives the spiral blade to rotate at high speed in the U-shaped groove. The material enters from the feed port, and the spiral blade rotates to generate the thrust in the tangential direction. Due to the constraint of the U-shaped slot body, the material cannot move in a circular direction, and can only be moved from the feed end to the discharge end along the axis of the slot body under the action of the axial force of the thrust. Through such continuous spiral propulsion, materials can be efficiently and continuously transported from one end to the other end, completing material handling tasks and meeting the material transportation needs of various industries.
