Working principle
When the closed tonnage bag feeding station works, the tonnage bag is first hoisted to the designated position above the feeding station and fixed by the connecting device. Then, the bag breaking device starts, and the bottom or side of the ton bag is accurately broken by means of cutting tools or mechanical tearing, and the material begins to fall by its own gravity. In the process of material fall, the vibrating screening device plays a role, through vibration to promote the material on the screen, the material that meets the size requirements passes through the screen into the subsequent transmission pipeline or storage container, and the unqualified large particle material is intercepted on the screen for further processing. At the same time, in order to prevent dust from escaping, the entire feeding area is in a confined space and equipped with an efficient dust removal system. When the material falls and produces dust, the fan of the dust removal system generates negative pressure, and the dusty air is sucked into the filter, the dust is captured by the filter medium, and the purified air is discharged back to the workshop, so as to achieve efficient, environmentally friendly and safe ton pack feeding operation.
