The high-frequency screen is an advanced screening equipment that is widely used in numerous industrial fields. It utilizes a high-frequency vibration motor or an exciter to generate vibrations with a high frequency and a small amplitude, enabling the materials to be fully dispersed and jump on the screen surface, thus achieving efficient screening. It has the characteristics of high screening precision, which can accurately separate fine-grained materials; large processing capacity, meeting the needs of large-scale production; being less likely to clog the screen holes, resulting in a low maintenance cost; and having a compact structure and low energy consumption. It can effectively improve production efficiency and ensure product quality. It is commonly used in the operations of material classification, dewatering, desliming, etc. in industries such as coal, mining, chemical engineering, and building materials.
Working principle
The working principle of the high-frequency screen is based on high-frequency vibration. The equipment makes the screen surface generate vibrations with high frequency and small amplitude through a high-frequency vibration motor or an excitation device. When the materials are conveyed onto the screen surface, under the action of vibration, the particles in the materials jump and tumble violently, and the particles loosen and disperse from each other. Particles smaller than the size of the screen holes quickly pass through the screen holes under the vertical component force of the vibration and their own gravity to become the undersize products. While particles larger than the size of the screen holes move in a certain direction on the screen surface and finally become the oversize products to be discharged, thus achieving the efficient separation of materials with different particle sizes and completing the screening operation.

The high-frequency vibrating screen generally has the following five characteristics:
1. High-frequency vibration: A remarkable feature of the high-frequency vibrating screen is its high vibration frequency, which can usually reach several thousand times or even tens of thousands of times per minute. This high-frequency vibration enables the materials to jump and tumble violently on the screen surface, greatly improving the screening efficiency of the materials and quickly separating materials of different particle sizes.
2. High-precision screening: Relying on its unique vibration characteristics and screen structure, the high-frequency vibrating screen can achieve high-precision screening operations. It can accurately classify materials according to different particle sizes, effectively separate fine particles, and the screening precision can reach 0.074mm or even finer, meeting the extremely high requirements of industries for product particle sizes.
3. Large processing capacity: The high-frequency vibrating screen can handle a large amount of materials within a unit of time and has a large processing capacity. Its reasonable structural design and high-frequency vibration enable the materials to pass through the screen surface quickly, achieving continuous and efficient screening. The processing capacity per hour can reach dozens of tons or even hundreds of tons, well meeting the needs of large-scale production.
4. Not easy to clog: The high-frequency vibration keeps the materials on the screen surface in a state of continuous movement and looseness, effectively reducing the agglomeration and adhesion between the material particles and decreasing the possibility of screen hole blockage. Even when processing materials with high humidity or high viscosity, it can still maintain a good screening effect, reducing the downtime required for cleaning due to screen hole blockage and improving the operation efficiency of the equipment.
5. Compact structure: The high-frequency vibrating screen has a compact overall structural design, occupying a small floor area and having a relatively low equipment height. This compact structure gives it great advantages in terms of installation and maintenance. It can be flexibly applied to various production sites, adapt to different process flows and space layout requirements, and also reduces the difficulty and cost of installation and debugging.
