The vibrating screen is a highly simulated artificial screening movement, which allows
the eccentricity and speed to be adjustable through the rotary motion, and the
material evenly dispersed and spirally spread from the center to the edge under the
three-dimensional rolling motion of horizontal and throwing, and the larger particles
are transported to the outlet, the particles close to the screen hole size are
successfully separated. The screening accuracy is high, and it is not easy to block the
screen, which is suitable for chemical, food, mining, building materials and other
industries.
The basic rotary motion is similar to manual sieving, with an eccentricity adjustable
from 25 to 40mm, and a-speed V-belt drive adjustable from 120 to 360rpm,
establishing a horizontal and three-dimensional rolling motion that evenly disperses
the material from center to the edge of the entire screen surface, and spreads it
axially in a spiral motion. The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with the
movement of the particles, the particles close to the screen hole size are successfully
separated, and the larger particles are transported to the outlet, where a variable
guide device controls the flow rate, which another factor controlling the residence
time of the material, and this process is repeated between each screen layer.
Structural composition
1. Vibrating motor: It is the power source of the vibrating screen, which transmits the
vibration to the screen through the exciter, causing the screen box and the screen to
vibrate or swing.
2. Screen box: It is the main part of the vibrating screen, with a rectangular or circular
structure, and is equipped with a screen inside.
3. Screen: It is the key part in the screening process, usually made of metal or
synthetic fiber, with different aperture sizes. Different screen apertures can meet the
screening requirements of different particle size ranges.
4. Shock-absorbing spring: is installed between the vibrating motor and the screen box,
used to reduce the vibration transmitted to the equipment bracket, and ensure the
stability and safety of the equipment.
5 Support and base: Support the entire vibrating screen equipment, ensure that the
equipment is firmly installed on the ground, and provide support and fixing functions.
