The basic principle of the vibrating screen is to use the heavy hammers (unbalanced
heavy hammers) installed up and down on the motor shaft convert the motor's rotary
motion into three-dimensional motion in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions,
and then transmit this motion to the screen surface, so that the on the screen surface
moves in an expanding involute motion, hence the series of vibrating screens is called
a rotary vibrating screen. The rotary vibrating screen has the advantages long material
running trajectory and high screen surface utilization rate. By adjusting the phase angle
of the heavy hammers at the upper and lower ends, the movement trajectory of the on
the screen surface can be changed. It can be used for fine screening, probability
screening, etc.
The vibrating screen is excited by a vertical motor, on which eccentric hammers are
installed at the upper and lower ends. When the motor rotates, eccentric hammers
transform the motor's rotational motion into three-dimensional motion in the horizontal,
vertical, and inclined directions, and then this three-dimensional motion is transmitted
to the surface through the shock-absorbing and auxiliary vibration effect of the spring.
By adjusting the phase angle at the upper and lower ends, the trajectory of the material
on screen surface can be changed, thus achieving the purpose of screening, removing
impurities, and filtering the material.

it is within 600 meshes.

blockage during the screening process, greatly improving the screening output and
screening efficiency of the machine.
