The vacuum loader, also known as the vacuum conveyor, is a dust-free, enclosed
pipeline conveying equipment that transports granular and powdered materials using
suction. It utilizes the pressure difference between vacuum and the ambient
environment to create gas flow within the pipeline, which moves the powdered
materials, thus completing the conveying of powders. Our country has introduced
advanced foreign vacuum technology, continuously improving and refining it, and it is
now widely used in various light and heavy industrial sectors such chemical,
pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, building materials, and agricultural by-products.
The working principle of the vacuum loader is to use the vacuum generator to create
negative pressure, forming a vacuum airflow. The material is sucked into suction
port, forming a material-air flow, and then it travels through the suction pipe to reach
the material bin of the loader. In the material bin, the separates the material from the
air. When the material fills the material bin, the controller automatically cuts off the air
source, the vacuum generator stops working, and at same time, the material bin door
automatically opens, and the material falls into the equipment's material hopper. At
this point, compressed air automatically cleans the filter the pulse blowback valve.
When the time comes or the material level sensor sends a loading signal, the loader
automatically starts.
1.Dust-free and sealed: The vacuum loader uses sealed pipelines for material
conveying, and the entire conveying process is completed in a completely sealed
state, dust pollution.

overly moist, sticky, or heavy materials.
