The straight-discharge vibrating screen is suitable for industries that require rapid
material discharge, such as coarse screening (it is generally recommended that the
screen mesh should not exceed 30), or safety inspection design of straight-discharge
vibrating screens (safety inspection screens), bottom-discharge vibrating screens,
ensuring fast material.
The straight discharge vibrating screen, also known as the straight unloading vibrating
screen, uses one or two horizontal vibrating motors as the excitation source The
vibrating motor is placed on one side of the body (two vibrating motors are located on
both sides of the body). After the material enters the interior of the, it makes an elliptical
motion trajectory under the action of the vibration source, moving quickly and reciprocally.
While completing the action of passing through the net the vibration force can
continuously strip, disperse, and reorganize the material, thus allowing the material to
quickly pass through the net. The material that cannot through the net is discharged
from the discharge port on the screen according to the movement trajectory of the
equipment, completing the screening operation process.
