Stainless Steel Tea Grain Salt Vibrating Screen Linear Vibrating Sieve
Linear vibrating sieve is a common closed light vibrating screen equipment, the use of vibration motor excitation as the vibration source, so that the material on the screen surface is a jump straight forward motion, the material from the feeder evenly into the screen machine feed port, through the multi-layer screen to produce several specifications of the screen, screen under the material, respectively from their discharge port.

Working principle
Linear vibrating sieve work, the two motor synchronous reverse rotation of the vibrator generated reverse exciting force, forcing the linear screen body to drive the screen to do longitudinal motion, so that the material on the vibration force and periodic forward throw a range, so as to complete the material screening operation. Linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motor. When the vibration motor of two linear screens do synchronous, anti-fou rotation, the vibration force generated by the eccentric block in the direction parallel to the motor axis offset each other, in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft stacked as a resultant force, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine for a straight line.
