Pneumatic Vacuum feeding machine will automatically transfer all kinds of materials to the packaging machine, tablet press, capsule filling machine, injection molding machine, grinding machine and other hopper, can also be directly mixed materials into the mixer.
The pneumatic vacuum feeder has a sensor in the middle and lower part of the capsule filling machine hopper (the position can be determined according to the size of the hopper and the production speed), and the other upper sensor is fixed at the bottom of the automatic vacuum feeder. When the material in the capsule filling machine hopper drops to the lower level, the sensor transmits signals to the controller, so that the vacuum air flow of the main machine of the automatic vacuum feeding machine works, the material is sucked into the working chamber of the main machine, the control system automatically stops according to the set time, the material in the working chamber of the main machine of the chemical analysis instrument is pressed open the valve into the hopper of the capsule filling machine, and the automatic feeding process is completed. In this way, repeated cycle, automatic vacuum feeder will complete the whole process of the turnover bucket material into the capsule filling machine hopper.
