Unloading station is suitable for large bag powder, granular material automatic feeding equipment, has simple structure, high degree of automation, improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity. Product Features
1. Using forklifts, cranes or electric hoists as lifting equipment can reduce labor intensity.
2. It can be equipped with crushing, beating, vibrating and iron remover accessories, which can effectively break block materials; beating can make the material in the ton bag unload completely without residue; the vibration device can effectively break the arch bridge; the iron remover can remove magnetic impurities in the material things.
3. The entrainment device adopts pneumatic or animal-driven methods, and the special dual-channel bag clamping method prevents materials from leaking, stratifying, and dust.
4. The outlet of the ton bag feeding station can be connected to: rotary unloading valve, hopper, silo, manual feeding station, vacuum feeding machine, etc.
Working principle
An electric hoist is equipped on the unloading station, and the manual hanging belt, the electric hoist automatically lifts the ton bag to a suitable position, the working process of the ton bag feeding station, and then manually unties the ton bag (the ton bag needs two recycling) or use a cross cutter to directly cut the ton bag (configured with a cutter), and then use the gravity of the material to slide down, so that the material in the ton bag falls into the storage by gravity to complete the unloading work. Ton bag feeding station, in order to make the material unloading process smoother, two to four vibrating cylinders will be configured at the bottom of the ton bag feeding station to help it unload smoothly.
